Hip Mobility
Range of motion and flexibility in the hip joints.
Lean Body Mass (LBM)
Total body weight minus fat mass.
Leg Press Max
Maximum weight lifted on the leg press machine.
Muscle Mass
Total skeletal muscle mass in the body.
One Rep Max - Bench Press (1RM Bench)
The maximum weight you can lift for one repetition of the bench press.
One Rep Max - Deadlift (1RM Deadlift)
The maximum weight you can lift for one repetition of the deadlift.
One Rep Max - Squat (1RM Squat)
The maximum weight you can lift for one repetition of the squat exercise.
Plank Duration
Maximum time holding a plank position, measuring core endurance.

Maximum number of pull-ups performed in a single set.

Range of motion in the shoulder joint.
